The pic below makes me think of my favorite spot where catching doesn't matter. Just want to go wet a line and take it all in.
So Hang in there guys. Days like this are going to be here soon.
Anyone else have a spot?
That is inspiring PB, not much like wetting a line and watching the world go by!
Good one Plumb, when my Uncle John became too infirm to board my boat I’d take him up to the local ponds/lakes owned by the township and set him up a nice chair. We’d catch some “sunnies” and just shoot the sh##. I’m actually getting a bit teary eyed right now as I type.
One of my favorites. The well to do live across the lake in this shot.
Used to do that with my dad only it was a little stream that a local sportsman club stocked with trout strictly for senior citizens and handicapped

Beautiful pic gh, the well to do you say? Don't see any boats at the docks. They all can't be out fishing.

Plenty of nice boats and docks there. Not sure what time of year I took that. They may not have all been set up yet. Water levels vary here a lot.
Gmon Plum n everybody else. My favorite spot is any peaceful water. Be it a babbling mtn Brooke or a quiet cove on a lake. Water not only cleans our bodies it clears our minds. Y'all have a great day stay safe. 🌞🎣🎣🎣

Mornin', Grizz, now that is sharing at its best. So what happens if they get a fish on? Have a good one, Grizz.

Gmon FG. I'd said the beginning of a lifetime friendship. 👍👍🎣🎣
Nice spot. Luna (Granddaughter) an I stopped by yesterday an it looked beautiful with all the snow on. Didn't take a pic guess I dropped the ball on that 🤔 here is one from last summer
PB that reminds me of a spot I fished once last spring while searching for a boat. It's just over the border in MD. If I remember it's called Sunrise Pond. Small pond of maybe an acre, stocked with panfish, cats and trout with four or five park benches around it. Fished a little on the way home and talked to a couple old timers there. They explained it was set aside for over 65s and under 16s. Don't even need your bucket to sit on. I)l be back there in the spring.
