A lot of the members of this forum claim that they believe in the power of prayer. I don't. But that doesn't mean that I think it should be taken lightly. I freely admit that I could be wrong. If I am, then please don't pray for bad stuff like that to happen. And think about it - if Joe were to die, look at who would take his place. And think about this - if something were to happen to her, guess who's 2nd in line. How would you like that?

yes and pray for our country on whole! As a nation we have taken for granted and turned away from the God who has blessed and protected us. Now we have come to the point were we rely on little g (government) to supply and meet all our needs instead of big G (God) and the results are predictable. Like a drug addict or acholic until we reach bottom and admit we have a big problem and willing to change the distructive course we are on the downward self destructive slide will continue. Yes we need to pray but we need to humble ourselves, and turn to God. Our government is just a picture of our nation on whole and it is a broken and not so pretty picture. God wants to give us what we need but often He must first give us what we deserve to get our attention. America look around has He gotten your attention yet or are we going to continue down this path of destruction?
