It's always true Gordon that someone is always worse off than what you think you are. Looks like a BPS would be built closer than 100 miles.

Had one planed and a Cabela's but the county wouldn't give them any tax incentive so they both pulled out.

Well, that sucks. Never mind the jobs it could have created and help boost the economy. Sorry buddy. Politics...

I got one 100 miles north in Myrtle Beach and 100 miles in Savannah Georgia. I would love 20 miles away.
You'd probably LOVE my location -
BPS is 11 mi./15 min. away, Sportsman's Warehouse is 6 mi./
10 minutes out, and there are at
least TEN Walmart Superstores
within a 7-mi. radius of my current location, not to mention about a
half-dozen 'Big 5' stores within the same area ! The only real 'tackle/
bait shop' is 13 mi./15 minutes,
but it's right on the way to the Salt River, Saguaro and Canyon Lakes !

Must be a lot of money around to keep that much retail busy. I used to have a great bait and tackle in the city. Gone now. At the lake there is a 1900 Guns Shop. Small amount of fishing gear. But if you want to shoot something they have the gear for it.

Spent a couple hours below the dam. These two LMB came in at 2.53 and 2.69. The other 6 were less than two pounds. Hula popper and whopper popper scored the bigger fish. Smaller ones caught deeper. No weeds here frog wouldn’t get a hit even though it has the same coloring as the Hula P.
Very nice👍👍👍thank you for sharing🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The East Valley (part of Phoenix
metro area) includes Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler,
Higley and Apache Junction - the
area mentioned is in the heart of Mesa for the most part, but there
is a lot of industry (especially electronics technology) and retail throughout the area ! Also a lot of retirees in senior mobile and RV
parks - this is a big retirement
area !
