Ditto for me. No looking back at cranky film cameras.

I am beginning to think that you are the lead photographer for National Geographic! Magnificent photos and you sure know how to capture the moment just when the timing is perfect! Good equipment sure helps...but your keen eye is where the real magic is stored!

I use a Nikon B 700 point and shoot, finest point and shoot as far as I'm concerned.

Here is one of the last photos I shot with film was on the pulpit and these guys were swimming in the bow wake.
Had one chance and didn’t know if I got it till I processed the roll.
I got lucky 🍀.

Here are some of our birds showing off for Ellington Airshow (2009). Love it.
Used a small Canon Powershot SD630 6mp.

Have moved up into the Canon XS series with large optical zoom.
Moon shot requires tripod with remote trigger (can't touch camera).
Canon XS50. Watching the moon while fishing, inspired me to get this shot.

I've just been scanning year of photos I've taken,I used to be a die hard 35MM film camera guy, until I picked up my first digital, these things are totally amazing with what you can do.More photos from over the last six years all seasons.
All of this pictures are beautiful! My favorite bird is an eagle in flight. If you ever get one please pm me. If I get one I want to enlarge it and put it in my room.

About 30yrs ago or so I was at local lake fishing from shore with a Zara Spook ,up to my waist in the water seeing boils by a submerged tree and cast out to it, and wham!! My line went singing right and left ,out whatever that wanted to do, fought him for what seemed like 10minutes,I was yelling to my father in law that I had a 10 lb. Bass or bigger! After awhile I began asking myself why he wouldn't jump? Finally landed her, 16lb. 35"" big carp! I was gonna release her but FIL said heck no I'll makesteaks out of it. Man can they fight!!By the way I snagged her on the back,,accidently,,,

I really like that picture. How is the best way to send it with the best resolution?
