So what's anybody eating on F day? I'm in the process of smoking a pork picnic roast for pulled pork and I'm gonna do some chicken tomorrow. Girls are bringing sides and deserts. Anyway that's the plan.
Wullfy started this for bb. Happy Father's Day bobby! Come on over and eat some pork. I got some jd in the cabinet and I ain't that desperate that I would drink it.
Spirit i just got 4lb of steamed shrimp n 5lb of big black cherries. The rest is on the wife this time. I know some kind of pasta will be in there. Enjoy brother. No JD or JB here water tea or ginger ale πππΊπΈπΊπΈπΊπΈπΊπΈ
Working on gathering stuff for next R2BA auction. Haven't thought about it, but, I may try to get sweetcakes to fry up some catfish, taters and greens. Yep, that's what I'm gonna do.

I'm not a bourbon kinda guy. I bought me a bottle of JD Rye (with a green label on it) and that's some pretty good stuff. I don't drink much, but I do enjoy a nice snort now and again, ya know?
Mom and Dad always put us kids first in every way...from plain old providence to important life guidance. Although we knew we were loved, none of us ever realized just how awesome our parents were until we left home, started life on our own, and began to raise families.
I never fail to tell them how much they have meant in my life, and the positive influence and examples they set for me and 2 sisters. Never miss a chance to tell important people in your life that you love them. It's not a sign of weakness and it is never too late to start!
My father is up there in years, but still has the ability and interest to invest time in me when we have a chance to get together to fish or whatever opportunity comes our way.
Happy Fathers Day to all of you great fishermen out there! And ladies...hang in there...you've got a special day set aside too...and you are indeed loved and appreciated!
Dad with a nice AuSable River brown trout - this guy knows how to fish!
