Hi plum just saw this question. 4 locks is about 5miles outside of Clear Springs Md. Another ramp along the C&O canal. Canal has 4 locjs there hence the name. Doesn't get as crazy as big slackwater. I wanted to hit Susquehanna today but my back giving me some trouble. I over did it last couple days. Put a new seat on bow pedestal. It's nice.Gave a nice eve brother. 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
