How true this is below when I read the stories we post here on the stage.

Many of us are and have been through some tough times. We have reached out to one and another and shared our thrills and our misfortunes from the Good Morning Post to the Good night wishes.

All because we have each other to share a cup of kindness with one another.

Keep refilling the cup of caring my friends, we never know who may need a refill.

Thanks, for asking, Wulffy. I was up fishing the LoTW for 4 days and yesterday morning, on the way back, I called her to see how she was doing because she wasn't good the night before when I had talked to her. She said that she was going to call the Emergency Care and see if Amy, the neighbor, could take her over. She had just gotten back from EC when I had gotten home. It was her asthma, combined with her allergies and her COPD. They gave her enough prednisone for five days, and they thought that that would do it. We will have to see.

Yesterday at the local nursery I saw an older lady pushing a cart with a couple of plants out to her car. She was kind of shuffling along and grunted a bit when she opened her car door. I made some kind of comment about the "golden" years being not so golden and she looked at me smiled a huge smile and said, "Getting old ain't for sissies!" What a spirit lifter, she had to be at least in her mid 80's. Looking forward to your pics and my regards to your missus......

Hope the Mrs is better today Fg and you as well. I know how you feel so far away and can't do a thing about it really works on the one that isn't physically sick. Stress is the hidden pain.

When i was working 400 miles away i had my share of calls like that. Empathy and prayers headed your way today and for each tomorrow.

The level of the cup may vary day to day, but a hug or a smile, even a fish can fill it to the brim again.
