Thanks, for asking, Wulffy. I was up fishing the LoTW for 4 days and yesterday morning, on the way back, I called her to see how she was doing because she wasn't good the night before when I had talked to her. She said that she was going to call the Emergency Care and see if Amy, the neighbor, could take her over. She had just gotten back from EC when I had gotten home. It was her asthma, combined with her allergies and her COPD. They gave her enough prednisone for five days, and they thought that that would do it. We will have to see.
Thanks, for asking, Wulffy. I was up fishing the ... (show quote)

Sorry to learn about Marion, Fly. Best of luck and praying for you both!

Nice fish and nice little boat ! Don't remember ever seeing the Potomac
lying smooth as glass like that - looks like a great spot for topwater baits !

Incidentally, that doesn't look like
any bass I've ever seen; in fact, it doesn't look familiar at all ! What
is it you're holding in the photo ?

Thanks Lee. I just got back on the stage. Putting stuff away n flushing motor n washing boat. I've never seen so much sediment in the water. I don't like dirt drying in the jet. 5th time out finally got one. Maryland DNR sent email yesterday saying bass on upper Potomac was was feeding on cicadas morning topwater bite was hot. I got there 1 guy in a yak. 4hrs i only saw i other boat that showed up. Didn't see enough bugs to fill a hat. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Hi Oj. My 1st trip was on the Potomac next dam down river. Looked same way in morning. I had a wopper plopper 90 a jitter bug that looked like a cicada a wake bait a spook n a popper. Thowed them for 90 mins nothing. Tried spinner bait n chatterbaits for Then got sq bills n a 5in stickbait n big tube. Didn't use them much. Wind got up. Just stuck with cranks n chatters. Wind shifted n came upriver. It got real choppy. Boat is a 1754 center console wuth 60/40 merc jet. Got it in February 2012. ๐ŸŽฃ๐ŸŽฃ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

You got that right Lee. Went by myself n enjoyed the quiet time. 1st trip this yer was Potomac water temperature 50s crystal clear. This time 70 n dirty. It was unbelievable. Got there n home safe. Had 6hrs me time 4 on the water 2 driving. Getting my lake boat ready. I got the SI finder for that lake. It's 1275 acres n clear. Couple coves n islands. I can't wait to go again. Have a good evening brother. I'm have a winch mounted on a hitch for that boat. Send pic when i pick it up. ๐ŸŽฃ๐ŸŽฃ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
