I worked in the Environmental Field for decades. Many states utilize things from Oregon to guide their Environmental Programs currently. Many Western States communicate and use other states results for their future planning. It’s great if more states consider Environmental Protection a Priority. The Environmental Community know there will always be Industry and Pollution. Look at some pictures of Air Quality from the 1950’s ,1960’s ,1970’s,1980’s and so on then research what regulatory changes happened.

Who would of thought Coal puts Mercury in our bodies. Who would of thought Lead is poison 200 or 300 years ago. Many that profit from it all could still try to claim Coal doesn’t hurt human life.

Remember Tyco ( toy manufacturer). The plant had drinking fountains that employees drank water from. Same water source used for food coffee etc.

Majority of employees ended up with Cancer. No one knew it when they were drinking the coffee and water eating food with the water in it. Some may still say it’s just a coincidence. Well it’s a known fact that the Employees were poisoned accidentally because chemicals ended up in the water at the Tyco plant. That’s one example. There is cities and town that are ghost towns now in the great USA due to industrial pollution that ruined the places k**led many its no secret yet there are still people that will say no pollution is not a problem. I seen it first hand.

I found the census from 3 years ago as well. Have you seen anything current. In my county, here in Idaho alone, the population has grown immensely in the last 3 years. Mostly people from Oregon, Washington and California.
We also have ethical government leadership whereas people are treated fairly and adhere to government policy. It’s true what you say about not blaming the government in Oregon for failure to clean the place up when it’s the businesses that make the messes but if you had ethical government that was FOR the legal residents of Oregon you’d have businesses that would comply with regulations. We both know your governing leaders are less than ethical or fair to the legal citizens of Oregon and that’s a big part of your problem there. I, completely, understand why the people who have left there left.

so that will mean our compasses will point south instead of north making what is now south north and the north star will then become the south star? poor penguins are really going to be confused when Santa moves his operation to their neck of the woods so he can still be at the north pole. but seriously I was wondering as the magnetic poles shift if the earth axis of rotation also shifts I think it does. But at the current rate of 25-31 miles a year and circumference of the Earth is 24,901.55 miles it would take aprox 400-500 years to completely shift so I'm thinking I most likely will not be around to see it fully shift around. but it does seem to be accelerating since it only moved 600 miles in the last 150 years which would of only been 4 miles a year so maybe it will accelerate fast enough where I might live to see it but it would really have to speed up it's pace. But back to c*****e c****e there is a debate over is c*****e c****e causing the magnetic poles to change or does the magnetic poles changing cause the climate to change sort of the chicken or the egg type argument one thing is known for sure it has happened at least 5 other times that they can tell, so probably it is a natural cycle one way or the other and not the result of man.

I really don't know the answers to all that, BUT; I'm guessing that IF "we" (whoever is that deeply concerned about it) were to research the historical "astronomical tables" used by extremely early navigators; that knowledge MIGHT give us a clue, as to: ¿What the actual FACT? (At THIS point, I can only "plea IGNORANCE"!!!)

I know many that end up high in Government are not honest people and just haven’t gotten caught yet if appear so great. It’s systemic to Government globally. It’s good if it seems like a perfect world but be ready for the end of day no matter where you go.

I've been thinking about all this... The thought occurs to me, that Earth has a molten core (they say...and so do volcanoes "say" that); with all THAT liquid spinning in one direction, I'm thinking that if anything, the crust (the part WE ALL live on) is doing the "change of direction" (EVER so slowly) ... {Which doesn't mean that it WON'T make "a sudden move"...} Think of how the Hawaiian Islands are all strung out/ little to no volcanic activity, on the smaller, older islands at the present. I'm guessing that there's kind of a "thin area of Earth-crust" below where the volcanoes erupt... Earth IS "kinda like" a huge "electromagnet", as I understand.

That’s very true but feeble minds don’t know about any of that so they just say “coal caused it and we need to go green”
