This bait belongs to a fellow FS member who knows what it’s name is and who made it. The prop on the front looks like a buzz bait blade. It’s a top water lure.

The sputterbug didn't have a skirt. Is that how the fs member "made" it, by adding the skirt? Otherwise it sure looks like a sputterbug. Maybe it's a hulabuzzard?

I think we’re correct Spirit, the skirt was added to throw us off. By the way, get your reel fixed?

What it says at the bottom of my posts. Never actually saw one in person, only pictures and I don't recall the skirt, but there you go.

No. Covid is wreaking havoc on the reel repair business. I guess they think my reel has the cooties. And for all I know it does. Who said I could send it to them to fix it? Muskie Hunter I think, and maybe somebody else. I'll look through my post about it.

Thanks Mike, the ones on the right and bottom have the smaller blade, like the one in your picture. The one on the left has a full size Buzzbait blade, factory painted black. I've had them since probably mid 80s,early 90s. I don't remember if it was a"Magnum " or some other special model. They do work,I've caught fish on all 3.
