I'm guessing it's some species of shark. The reason I say so is that I think the two things beside it's tail are reproductive organs. I've seen this on television on some of the nature shows like the "Blue Planet". Some, if not all, male sharks have two reproductive organs. Again, this is just a wild a-- guess. If somebody does identity this thing please post it as I'm sure there are others that would like to know.

But after replaying the video I don't see anything that would indicate that the wings had been cut off. More like it never had them. Strange critter. I just don't know.

I think I would get ahold of the state university or the game and parks, have never seen one of those and wouldn't even guess at what it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!
