People on youtube are saying it's a skate with the wings rolled up under it for protection.

Lol, all that I know it's pretty ugly. My friend that lives up there says it's a Hackelhead fish. And that he has caught them plenty of times. After looking at a bunch of pictures, he may be correct. He said if you eat one you would get very sick. Funny, I get sick even thinking about eating one.
