Are your readers round or oblong?
I have fished (or enjoyed the peace and tranquility) as early as 3:00 AM. Can't seem to get past 7:00PM as I get tired.

round why ?
Just wondering about the shape.
To Fishnphil; it was like that in N.H., Va., Fl., and here in Az.; can't swear to it, but that time frame seems to be fairly universal, at least in the U.S. ! Have yet to see
it otherwise !

Trying to see it through your eyes.
Welcome B32. This is a good forum for an experienced man like you to express himself. Prop those feet up on your bait bucket, pour a fresh cup of coffee from your thermos & tell us how to catch more fish.
Welcome Bill from the Carolinas! With all the turmoil and such going on, it is nice to reflect on Nature and its surroundings to clear the gears of our minds. Again, thanks for the fishing trip this morning!
Welcome Bill, simple solitude!!

Good Morning sefish what part of the Carolinas you fishing?
Plumb I'm in the southeastern parts. Brunswick Co. Slat, fresh, and city sewers ( I have just heard of that!) You?

Just north of you in Beaufort County. No sewers here but drinking water is one of the best I ever had
Been watching YouTube and the sewer fishing. I get a chuckle from them. Certainly don't need a huge casting reel. Getting back into fishing. Been away for some time. Trying to decide which and what kind of boat to get. I'm between a bass, deep V, and a bay boat. To old to invest anew in the newer bay boats, and do like the new in bass or deep Vs. Almost signed on the dotted line for a Bass Pro 16 footer. My "local" Bass Pro is in Myrtle Beach, SC. Their sale taxes and other taxes are un real! Then have to pay NC taxes and fees on top of that. Called NC Tax Revenue and they told me there that the sale has to be originated from NC to avoid those taxes. Weather warming here. May toss a line in a few minutes just to see what is close to shore in freshwater lake here.
Have a great day!

Sounds like a good plan. I went the opposite route back in January and got rid of my boats and went the Kayak route. Fishing has been much better. Can't hit the big water but plenty to be had here in the rivers.
