I have been told by doctors, etc that in order to live a long life I need to do this or that or cut this out and so on. At 78 I think I have found the secret to a long life so I can keep fishing, hunting, Motorcycle riding etc and I can drink whatever I feel like such as a diet coke or root beer or a velvet with water back. Oh, the secret I found allows me to do whatever I want, eat or drink whatever I want and that secret is just do not die.

My fishing buddy ( also my uncle) lived to almost 102 him and I spent many hours with our local distiller he was 97 when he caught his last musky

20mules you got me beat by 6 or 7 years. But I've been dead and it ain't no big deal. So I don't do all the things that I want to do. But I do do all the things that I can do. Most of them not nearly as well as I used to.

Canadian maple whiskey right from the jug . shinenog from a coffee cup . Only in December. Rest of the time it is sweet tea with either lemon or mint.

I yes mamam my doctor and continue on as usual. Don't think I'm going to live forever anyway. I'll be 70 in July and am still kicking it in the woods with the younger generation. Mike

Oh yessir. I like both of those. I mentioned Pinch. Have you tried it? I went around trying different single malts with my nose in the air for a few years. Finally decided that the blends tasted better to me. And Pinch is the one that I found that tastes the best. But if I'm out and about they usually don't have it on the shelf, so I'll order a J&B and if not that then Dewars. Most places have that.

As a former mass quantity consumer my limit is reduced to one. I like good whiskey, prefer George Dickel, good Gin, Bombay, and have become particularly fond of Blue Moon ale.

By the way Eastern cream soda a good chocolate ice cream(Haagen Daz) makes an excellent float.
