I've Loved fishing ever since I can remember, enough so that my parents would punish me by taking my fishing poles away, when I was a kid.
I've spent most of my life in NW Washington, with 6 years living in Montana.
My passion is fly fishing, especially fly fishing small Creeks for trout, but I will also not turn down a day of plunking worms, or twitching jigs.
I have an associates degree in fisheries, and have six years experience working in fish hatcheries, from NW Washington, montana, and South dakota. I appreciate wild fish as much as the next guy, but also know that hatcheries have their place in mitigation in many situations, but I also understand they have caused many problems too. I also refuse to get into any confrontations, about fish hatcheries period, so please do not try to "bait me".
My wife and son are now my number one priority now, so I don't get out as much as I used to.Thankfully I'm married a girl who enjoys fishing with me.😁
