Yes Its a state park and you can purchase a permit to drive on certain areas of the beach. There are certain rules and regs to be aware of. This is my first permit ever so Im doing the reserch to not violate them.
Just recieved my first permit for IBSP. Cant wait to use it. Anyone have any advise for fishing new grounds? Fires, overnighters, exc.?

Hey CR, I have been trying the jetties for totoug with green crabs. Cut the crabs in half trim the Claws off and hook them through one leg hole. Some people rip the shell off . Striper I havent had much luck with yet on the beeches of capemay or wildwood. Send pics and enjoy the days.
