I was just north on the city of crane on old wire road. I was euro my nymphing and fly fishing ( regular way ). I was trying to match the emergers. a green pattern was getting the most attention. Check conditions if you can. When I was there the water was way and stained. Good luck of you go. Tight lines

Been there last summer . Way to crowed and way to many places you can’t touch the water. I like less crowed places if possible. But thanks for the recommendation.
Good evening. Visited Crane creek, Missouri Monday. Water levels are up and flow is fast. Caught 1 small and a few bites from smalls. Had fun but got rained out.
