Hey kayak man! I live in Southern Cal, about 1/2 east of L.A. I have a beginner kayak of sorts...a lifetime tamerack. I tricked it out with a anchor pulley, sonar unit, and sport camera pole. Im looking to get something I can stand up on. Either that or a small bass raider boat with a trolling motor. I'll always have the kayak though. Some of the lakes I go to are quiet large, and it takes a lot of energy to paddle different spots to fish all day. And if the wind kicks in.....well you get the picture. I thought about getting a peddle kayak, but I dont like the way the unit sticks out in front of you. Gets in the way of fishing. Maybe if it lifted out of the way...i dont know. Anyway, what kind of fish you go after?

Hello fellow fishermen/fisherwoman,
Im looking forward to sharing my fishing experiences with all of you. Im also looking to meet people to fish with(not many fishing friends). I consider myself a Largemouth Bass fishermen, but i also enjoy trout fishing..especialy in the Sierras. I dont own a boat anymore, so i rent them alot. I do own a kayak, thats set up for fishing.
