Trestle Creek might be a good place for shore fishing. It has a nice day use area. Pack river flows in near there. Would be a good place for kayaking. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. Love fishing the ocean for big fish... but we live here...lol... Went out yesterday beautiful trip. But the only thing we got was a 6" kokanee, he was laughing all the way in, as he knew we'd let him go. Price of gas makes it tough to keep searching. Spoke with a long time resident showed us alot if photos of bigcatalogs, mostly caught in October, seemed like.
