Bass Fishing within 100 miles from Houston Texas

Hi GMG,
Lake Conroe is right up the road and has bass. Bring your lil fur buddy and your boat. There are a few marinas to launch from off 105 and a Recreation area off FM 1097 @ Scotts Ridge. Under the bridge has been good for me as well as the creeks off the lake.

Boat Ramps Lake Conroe

There’s one on Scotts Ridge Road north side of FM 1097. You have to pay a $10 entrance fee last time I was there.
