Thanks for your helpful information. I am fishing in a creek that feeds into a large lake. I would just like to satisfy my sunfish cravings. I did not realize that the fish go deeper in the winter. That was most helpful. I use live bait, almost always. I do not know how to use the others. I just have a collection of the other stuff, for looks, I guess. Lol
I appreciate the information here on this post. Fishing from the banks , I am after bluegills (sunnys) or whatever they may be called. Are the fish going to be near the bottom or top of the water?
Does it differ during summer or spring?
Why do I catch small ones mostly? (I return those)
I wish I could do better.
Good video of guy with a piece of wood with hooks catching bass.
Excellent video, thank you. I need to understand more about where to fish for successful keepers.
Hello from Lake Cumberland in KY. Trying to catch bluegills from shore. Any hints?
I have the same problem in fishing. Sometimes I am feeding the fish as the meal worms seem to be slowly devoured a bit at a time from the bluegills. Corn will work with the smallest bobber and smallest hook you can find. Now I just need to learn how to catch the bigger ones.
