Hi Bob, my friend and I would often fish the after dam area of the Dardenell. It was tricky to get to. A one lane logging road that led down to the dam. I can no longer hike down or up a mountain for that matter. If you can find someone local who knows that area and give you directions you would have a great experience. It would be better to have a companion than to go solo. It’s a bit of a climb in and out. Some of the best trout fishing I’ve experienced. Good luck and like the rest of us we want to see pics! Just joined after some time just reading posts and enjoying some of the jokes. I look forward to more of the same. I’m struggling with some health issues which make it difficult to fish. I’m hoping to be able to fish some easy terrain soon. I appreciate all who share their outings.
