That's a hard decision. In this case you have to raise the lake or lower the bottom.

That's simple, it's painted upside down. You have to use a reverse bobber with a under over sinker to resolve the problem. And a under over hand casting rod

The bread of a dog depends if they can swim, how much they like water. Most all dogs can swim. If you threw your dog in the water, it scared him so much he froze. Don't ever force a dog into the water. Let him explore and learn how to swim himself
