There is an app called GO Paddling, it lists all of the launch sites in the country. It also lists amenities if they are available, I highly recommend this app.

HI, I kayak fish the mouth of crystal river and launch at Ft Island. My kayak is peddle kayak so I basically troll soft artificials nearly all the time. I generally catch around 5-6 specs but usually only 1 or 2 hit the slot size. I have caught a few reds there and a couple of snook but always shorts. I have fished the flats with shrimp and other live baits and have caught reds (shorts) but the catfish always seem to find the bait first. Hope this helps a little, good luck!
