How can you not catch fish on Shasta Lake. One of the best places to catch fish in the state

Haven’t heard anyone doing anything on Shasta Lake lately with it being full I thought boaters would be having a blast
Maybe if the army corps wasn’t too busy doing their drag shows and doing the job they would be on top of your lake.
