Thanks for the info - we'll probably hit Santa Cruz tomorrow based on this info. I heard from another guy at a bait shop I go to that the perch fishing is good in Santa Cruz right now too - he also said the smelt are everywhere. A 7 lb halibut off their? Good on her !!

I'm curious what fish are running along the coast and off the piers in Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey Ca
Have the mackerel come in?
