So on my way home a few days ago I made a few stops at the lake to try for pike off the bank. I didn't get any hits from pike, but I did catch 3 of what I think are Walleye fry. They were all about 2" long. I snagged them with a jerkbait. There must have been hundreds of them right next to shore. I would have thought if these were from last year they would be a lot bigger than this. As most info says 1 year old eye's are from 4" to 6" and I don't see how these are this years hatch as the lake water temp is still in the low to mid 40's. Anyone here know walleye spawning habits?

I agree I’m not a fan of politics or politicians at all and I by no means think Trump is a saint but the witch hunts they are trying to pin on him because they are scared of him is a playbook from third world countries and thinking it will be the end of he wins is nothing short of a scare tactic it didn’t end when he was president the first go round I think we can at least agree that the country ran a whole lot smoother his four years than the current presidents four like it or not that’s our choices and I would a million to one rather have his policies and economy and putting our country first than what we are currently working under and you’re definitely right about newscum I hope and pray there is still enough sanity left in this country that people can see how bad he has ruined your beautiful state that not one single person would v**e for that moron to run our country
