I started with a small charcoal unit but found it a pain in the arse to maintain temperature and spent too much time working on it instead being with family and friends. Switched to electric and set it and forget it love it. Wood chip flavors are abundant and I also have some of Myron Mixons cook books which are loaded with recipes and handy tips. Enjoy!
I am going on a cruise to Bermuda in early October and booked a seat on a 50 person party boat. Does anyone on the forum have any experience there I'm just wondering if I wasted my money as I've done on other islands or could this be a good time. Thanks
Will look into it, thanks fishinphil
We were scheduled for the last week of May. Last word is border will remain closed until May 21, than open to commerce first, than to regular visitors on 4th of July. Vacation travelers will be required to have one of the two shot vaccine. Saw it on a Buffalo news feed on a Google search.
Thanks to covid the Canadian border will not open in time for our annual group trip to Gananoque lake,Ontario. Does anybody have any suggestions for a place that has lodging and boat rentals in the NJ,NY and PA area that would be good for pike, bass and actually anything that bites for a nice 5 day trip. Thanks in advance.
I have heard alot lately that the Passaic river in NJ is loaded with monster pike and I would love to get in on the action but I don't have a boat. I would appreciate any advice or info on locations to shore fish, thank you.
Mepps cyclops gold or silver. Any raplala especially jointed and the bleeding shad have always worked very well for me. Red and white daredevils are always a great go to.
Here in the east from Ontario down to Jersey, a gold mepps cyclops, a silver cyclops or any raplala especially jointed and bleeding shad are always never fail.
