Thanks ReelIt. We will make sure to keep that in mind. I have heard good things about the Southern Arms. I think our boat will be fine. We were trying to find distances and paths to follow. We heard that a certain part is good just to throw a jig out there for Lake Trout. We are also adapting to some of their regulations like no lead, barbs, and only one pole a person. But I appreciate your response.
A buddy and I are going to troll Yellowstone Lake for the first time. We are aware of their regulation and rules like barbless hooks, but any tips? Hate to get skunked on his birthday lol. Maybe any rigs or certain areas to give a try?
I never thought it would be possible to catch catfish off a fly rod. I usually just put something stinky on and let it sit on the bottom. I meant for fly fishing for trout. But I’ll keep that in mind.
Hi, I am from Wyoming and have fallen in love with fishing over the last few years. I spend most of my time fishing for Catfish and Walleye. I have a lot more luck with Catfish than I do with walleye. I would love tips on catching more of these fish around my area. I also fish for trout and am going to start getting into Fly Fishing. Any tips would be sweet. My profile picture is of the Sturgeon I caught a few weeks ago in the Powder River.
Me and a buddy are planning a trip to Elwood Reservoir by Lexington. We are from Wyoming but are dying for a sizeable large mouth bass and some Walleye. Would love some tips for bass fishing in the area so that we do not come out empty-handed.
