Thanks for all the compliments on the half fillet of walleye. Somewhere earlier I mentioned that this was oven baked, or as some would call it oven fried. Thomas, I'm not Catholic so Friday fish fry for Lent doesn't do anything for me, so we have fish for the main dish as often as we can. And when it comes to walleye, I prefer baking it over frying. It's to easy to over cook it when frying. The fryer is used for crappie, large mouth bass and white bass.
