It might be 5° outside with a wind chill of -17° but having a walleye supper with potato wedges helps a person forget it's winter. Yum, yum! 😋

You are such a teaser Joel. After having my first taste of walleye this past summer, I am drooling here.

Than again it could be old age.

Nice pic Bud.

Looks really good, and you can keep those kind of temps. I've seen enough one time or another.

My first taste was at a very exquisite restaurant in downtown Minneapolis. I was so excited to finally enjoy my first walleye after hearing for years about how good it is. When it was served I dug right in and bla. It was very over cooked and dry as a dessert. Mine is oven baked, but once and awhile I will fry it.
Find and enjoy more of it Bob.

And I had to settle for Thai red curried chicken with jasmine rice for dinner.

Stay home and have it delivered no need in getting cold.

Bob will get some more as well as some yellow perch at this years Meet and Greet. I’ve been stocking up for just that occasion.

Looks yummy may have to make some up this weekend.

Even more reason to make it to the M&G, J. You guys did a top notch job on the cooking.
