Only question I have is it safe to eat Walleyes caught in Chatfield Reservoirs.I thought there were heavy metals found in its sediment that passes through these fish?

Just a question are the Walleyes safe to eat out of Chatfield? I know there was a lot of mining done in and around Denver years ago and this released a variety of heavy metals into the surrounding soil which through rain and erosion had potential to bring levels up in water sources to a dangerous level for human and animal consumption.
