Hey good to have you and looking forward to your fishing reports. I’m from K.C. And fish lake of the Ozarks and Table Rock quite a bit. Headed to Lake of the Ozarks on Sunday afternoon to do a little crappie fishing. I would appreciate any information you have on the fishing there.

Caught this little beauty a couple of weeks ago bank fishing at Heritage Park lake in Olathe Ks. On my 4’ 6” ultralight using a glimmer blue curly tail minnow.

Caught this beauty along with 6 others on the Little Aunts Creek arm of the lake. This one weighed in at 3.95 lbs.

Fun day fishing on Table Rock Lake. It was a bit slow but caught this nice smallmouth to make the day.

Does anyone know if fluorocarbon line adversely effects your top water baits. I’m looking to add another bait caster rig for bass and was wondering if you all had any thoughts about spooling it for topwater baits. I have one set up with braid and fluoro leader already. Thanks in advance for your input.

Water temp was around 40 at the surface. Caught it on a sexy shad square bill on a rocky shoreline about 2 pm

Newcomer. I live in Kansas and have enjoyed hunting most of my 60+ years. I started following this post about a month ago and enjoy all the different topics related to fishing. I just took up fishing again a couple of years ago and find the information on this site very helpful.
