OMG, sounds like your eating your bait. If I'm lazy, peanut butter abd jelly protein, granola, cheese and nuts. Alot of water and thermos of coffee.

Look for the bait. I have a great hummingbird. Use it and fish where you see bait fish

Beautiful fishing day. Temp 51, water 48. Wind 2-3mph. Went back to basics using plastic worms and pb&j. Fished off shore structures at 20'. Caught large and small mouth bass, perch and crappy. AWSOME

Threw everything and the sink today. Caught 3 bass on rubber worms . Go figure.

I took off my worm last week but am putting it back in the boat for tomorrow. I keep a log of fishing trips and last year I was still using it

I am hitting the reservoir tomorrow. Temp here 45-50. Water 55-57. Fishing with crankbaits dt 10, blades, spinners. Any other Ideas? Fishing points in 20'. Trying to do better than 2 fish for the day.

I weekly fish Prettyboy. Its 10 minutes from my house. Its tough fishing there. Never fished Liberty. Im thinking about trying it next year.

Sunday there was a tournament where I regularly fish. I went out an hour earlier than the people entered. My goal was to see where they fished. I also was there for the weigh in. Sixteen entry's and twelve of them did no better than I do. Very interesting. I didn't really learn anything except keep doing what I'm doing.

I am an avid reservoir fisherperson in Maryland. Its getting really tough here. Late fall early winter is certainly challenging. Switching to bottom baits, hoping to snag bass. Using blade baits, cranks, jigs .All day Sunday in a brisk wind broughtb2 fish on the boat. Local anglers are often very closed mouth about lures and techniques. I still love it.
