Just say I'm going fishing, if it's a problem go ahead and pack you bags and don't be here when I get back.
Actually my wife is way cool and never has a problem with doing whatever I want. Recently I wanted to go charter boat fishing and even though she has never fished before once she saw the boat she wanted to go with us. Watching her catch her first fish was worth the trip. A great experience for her and now she wants to book a Ling Cod trip in March. Both the fish and her are keepers. LOL

Looking to find good trout fishing lakes in western Washington it’s been years since the last time fishing and now retired time to get back out there!
Been having good luck at Spanaway Lake and American Lake. Both are open year round. American holds some double digit trout, but they are deeper down.
Welcome to Fishing Stage. I also live in Washington and find this newsletter full of useful information. Enjoy your time here.
Welcome back to the beautiful NW.
Bob’s walking down the street when he sees a kid sitting on his front porch jigging in a bucket.
As he reaches the kid, Bob stops for a better look. The bucket’s empty.
He asks the kid, “What are you fishing for, son?”
The kid looks up and says with a shrug, “Suckers mainly.”
Bob smiles and asks, “Caught any yet?”
“Yep,” the kid replies. “You’re the tenth.”
I've never fished there, but spent a few days on my buddy's houseboat at Roosevelt.. There were no fish in the hot tub, and couldn't hold a pole and a drink at the same time. LOL
I spent a lot of time in Montana working. From -30 in Sydney to Snow in Kalispell in June, to one of the best prawn cocktails I've had in Polson. Hunted in Hysham and Colstrip more deer than people. Sadly never had the opportunity to fish over there.
Hi and welcome. I'm one of the cool ones Jeremy was talking about. I'm in the Tacoma area. Lots of good information in this forum.
