I river fish almost daily so do catfish bite the best when water is rising or going down...
Yes I have fished all over rough river .pulled out not large..bur not small either an 18lb catfish in a kayak ..talking about good times..happy fishing
I've been a part of fishing stage for 2 years and I absolutely love the knowledge that the folks here have given me..I didn't post much last year cuz if a huge change I made..fir the better..but I just needed down time..u guys always made me feel welcome .happy fishing
Finally found someone with some sense on getting my dad's boat registered..so looks like tomorrow I will be filing for a new title so I can get legal..thanks to everyone who guided me along..happy fishing
Ky born and raised..and I love fishing for everything..depending on how far u wanna drive there's nice areas all around..I live literally about a minute from rough river lake..but I've hit the waters all over the place..if u want peaceful and pretty..Browns Hideaway...but there's many spots that's easy accessible either by foot or boat...and for the mist part folks are pretty nice..happy fishing

I do live very close to water like 2 minutes away..good ol rough river lake..I'm gonna try fish and game or Corps of engineers and see what they have to say .hopefully I will be mobile soon..it's that time
I've tried the DMV..and no luck .smh..but I'm tired of paddling..itching for my lil trolling motor to get wet...
I've heard the coast guard is the one to issue a new number .hate to say our sheffifs dept us excuse my french like pissing in the wind around here..I'm gonna try fish and game..and I'm a full blown safety girl when it comes to water safety..happy fishing
There's not a number anywhere that I can find .I have sanded and painted the boat I think I would've seen the number..
I have my dad's ten foot flat bottom boat .can't find HIN anywhere..last registration sticker is dated 1981..who do I contact to get a new HIN so I can get it liscened..DMV ran last number and nothing came back..
Hate to admit it but I'm from ky where I'm surrounded by lotsa water..I kayak alot and when I'm gonna be out longer than usual I'm known to trespass a lil bit and put up a trail cam..and so far so good..I respect and value all fisherman's supplies..and this just absolutely burns me up..now I will get more detail and like they say when us southerns are fed up..no face no case..I'm a do gooder and when I'm taking back my own..I get some collateral for leaving the comforts of my own home..wink wink
I found one of those not very long ago..I thought it was made out of lead...I've found some pretty interesting lures..guess it's become something I like to do when the fish aren't biting..never knew they made so many different bobbers..anyone ever use a bobber to catfish?

Celebrations these days rather it's a birthday or Christmas has became to materialistic. Growing up one thing my momma said to me that stuck is..it's not what u have but how u keep it..it wasn't video games for me it was outside..and that's where memories are truly created.. privileges were earned..morals and values a must..where did all that go...dang such a shame
