I also tried some of the Blackstone seasoning and am impressed. I put the lumberjack seasoning on an left over omelette, wow what a difference. I will be trying some of the others. If you watch some of the videos you will get an idea of which ones work with different cook’s.

Easy to clean up after the cook lightly scrape the the grill and grease out the back to the grease trap then wipe it off lightly oil and wipe it in leaving a thin layer and your ready for the next cook.

The cut out in the back is for the grease and there is a grease trap that hangs on the back that catches the grease. Some don’t use the aluminum grease pan liner but I do. You can change the aluminum grease liners. Make’s clean up easy. You get some smoke when you season the grill when you first get it. While cooking I don’t get much more than cooking on the stove. I don’t think you would have to worry. I am going to do some cheese steak sandwiches to night on mine. It will be my second cook, I am outside on the patio and have to work around the rain. Wish I had a set up like yours, I would be cooking on it daily. Unless I using one of my other grills. Enjoy and watch some of the Blackstone videos on you tube. I have learned a lot from the 4 cook’s that put them on.

PlumBob,

I studied on them for a long time and watched a lot of videos on you tube for Blackstone recipes that showed all and anything you can do on flat grill. Restaurant style meals. One of our sons got one and bragged about it is what go me started. I bought the Blackstone 36 inch air fryer combo. Sorry I didn’t get it sooner. May 29 2022 I got it. I done a breakfast on it and my wife asked what I done different to the food. It was amazing. You can do fried rice. Hash brown. Watch some videos on you tube for Blackstone recipes. There isn’t anything you can not cook on a flat top grill. I also have my charcoal grill and a Green Mountain pellet grill. The food is the next level outstanding, compared to cooking on a pan on the stove. With the air fryer combo I can do fry’s, onion rings, fried chicken. You name. Not sorry I bought. Just wished I would not have waited. Good luck on your choice. You would not be disappointed.

Way to go Ben. Hopefully the Warden fined them heavily. My wife and I while hunting 30 miles into the woods from the nearest paved road. We are always picking up garbage paper coffee and pop cups. Beer , pop, water cans and bottles. It really irritating to see how someone drives down a gravel road and can not put their garbage in a bag in the vehicle they are in but instead just throw it out the window in the beautiful forest. I know just how you feel Ben we do the same thing. Thank you for caring and picking up after others.

Gordon there was a few caught that I seen. Not really hot some fish. They always seem to close it when it starts picking up. There is a channel that runs into the Columbia so I will start fishing it in a week. There is also the Willamette River about 20 miles south east they have been picking up some spring Chinooks up there also. The Channel I am going to fish runs from the Willamette to the Columbia.

Trolling flashers and I had a dyed blue hearing behind that. After I caught mine my nephew changed from a plan hearing to one of my blued hearing and picked his up. The Columbia River closed April 6th. So I will be fishing the lower Multnomah Channel.

I am guessing you might have been by Rainer, Oregon? Yes Salmon or Steel Head. I don’t know what they use . Probably quick Fish. That is a hot spot. If you are where I think you are.

quote=Jim Bradbury]Last Saturday I was down on the lower Columbia looking at different boat launches. (I have had a new boat ordered for four months and probably have another three months before it is built and I get it.) At one of the launches that I looked at, I looked up river and saw quite a few boats fishing on the Washington side of the river. My assumption right or wrong is that these fishermen were fishing for Steelhead. Does anyone know if I am correct? Can someone clue me in on what they were using for gear?

Thanks,
