I am seeing no reports of how our virus fatalities were treated. China proved effectiveness of Chloroquine and Remdesivir. If our people are dying without being treated with these, someone is criminally negligent.

Oh--and the Gio Stocking ads? Gio makes the sexiest stockings in the universe. Got some for wife; loves them. Me too.

Rollie is perfectly right. As a retired doc, I removed a lot of hooks that way. The key is keeping the shank of the hook from tipping back when you jerk the line. I used a hemostat; which a lot of fishermen carry in the tackle box to remove hooks from fish. Very handy; recommend everyone have one.

It's a government conspiracy. They say there is no treatment when the Chinese proved that Chloroquine and Remdesivir both work. They want to get rid of old folks who are breaking social security and medicare. The virus was engineered to kill old people.
I think that's a great conspiracy theory!

The wind theory may not be all that bad. Outdoors, I try to stay upwind from anyone I talk to. And from the way "spontaneous" cases are reported, one might wonder if the virus came from China by the jetstream?? It has been proved to survive up to ten days in the open. Jet stream from China only takes three. So it comes down in the rain? How's that for conspiracy theory!!

You may be onto something. Don't they use alcohol in sanitizers? I bet you are v***s proof. And I am producing 160 proof vodka from yeast and sugar. Tastes like gasoline, but oughta sterilize just about anything it hits.

Yep. We gonna weed out the weak ones, and the population will be stronger. Social security and Medicare will be saved because us old codgers gonna die. And I do believe there are those in government that think that way.

Fish bones?? If you boil the fish enough, the meat separates and the bones can be dumped; as most of us know. Makes a good story, though. Also, I think stomach acid dissolves fish bones?? Didn't the Indians live off fishing?? (Guess they had measles instead of corona virus)

And after ammo, gold! (Take a look at 3 mo. chart of JNUG if you want a 10X speculation!)

Hand grenade. (Life saving in face of starvation) Easier to come by than dynamite. Black powder easiest to find, but difficult to set off efficiently.

Back in the days of the privey and catalog, we were poor and didn't much feel it. Gallon of gas and box of .22 long rifle both $0.17, Lot of rabbits to eat at that price. Helped the garden at the same time. But guess I wouldn't go back. Life is soft and easy now. Even the present epidemic probably won't be worse than measles and whooping cough. (Buy gold!)

We always got both Monkey Ward and Sears catalogs mailed to us for free. With both in the privey, they almost lasted the year. Didn't get many newspapers, but they actually worked better. Those were the days!
Now wife gets upset if she can't find soft and quilted.

Trapping works well; I use cheese and peanut butter. Only drawback is handling the dead bodies.
Somewhere I read that if you see a mouse, you have a dozen. I have twice found that surprisingly accurate back when I was trapping instead of using Dcon. Got a few with sticky pads set along wall runways. Handling those is also messy. Amazing how stuck they get.

I'd add any boat that doesn't contain a fisherman.

Jeez--what a deal! I should move in.

(The nursing home is in Kirkland WA; about a mile from my daughter's house)
