Hello everyone, I am oldfisherman52 and have fished for many years. I haven’t been to Smith Mountain Lake since the late 70’s and am trying to plan a trip soon. I always stayed at the Hales Ford Bridge at an old man then named Willie. He had a couple trailers just around the corner from the restaurant and dock at the bridge. I am hoping to find out if the strippers are biting now and if there are any recommended places to stay for a week or so. I would appreciate any information anyone could share!
