Lee Wolf was a hilly on some rover in Nova Scoha(sp) any how he would not allow his customers large fish. Unless they were a trophy fish (Atlantic Salmon) on the 40lb class. Over the years his stream kept up numbers of really good while other steams lost the numbers of 20 lb fish. The point is that big fish beget big fish. So take a picture and let it go. Your children will be able to catch big fish also

Funny you mentioned picking up trash l did the same thing yesterday, l have lost access to many places because of trash.
Yes l would report them but it is very hard for the Fish and Game people to get an conviction. They have to catch them in the “act”.
I did find a gill net once when l was wading fishing here in Fl so l called and they did go out and got. The FWR agent actually called me to let me that they got the net out of the water

Actually wiping your hands over the faucet neck will also remove the scent. Weird but it works.

Just another hint when using braid to mono or floro double the braid by looping it. It will stop the braid from slippingthough mono/floro uni knot. Example 10# braid to 30# leader. The braid makes a much smaller uni knot than the mon/floro leader does.
