I spotted one and went back to it 4 different times it would have probably been a PB if I could have gotten it to bite. It was really spooky. I should have went after it today lol.

Took my small boat out today for some bass fishing and they were in the shallow water On wood. Caught some on a 4” pumpkin Perl ring worm and some on a watermelon creature. Texas rigged.

I haven’t been to the lakes but they are biting in the backwaters off the Ohio.
The dogwoods are in full bloom ,so I would think about any of the lakes they should be on the banks and in the brush.

Great job catching J I troll the bandits lures some in the river the 200 size works good the river is around 15’ deep. I going to invest in a couple plainer boards.

The river dropped enough for us to get out today and we found some in the back waters. Off the Ohio River.
Jig and slip bobber fishing in 4 to 6 feet of water. Color didn’t seem to matter just had to get it in front of them. They was in the brush and tree tops any kinda wood. The wind blowed some but we still had a fun day.
