Are the crappies hitting in any of the West Virginia Lakes yet? If so. what lake?

I haven’t been to the lakes but they are biting in the backwaters off the Ohio.
The dogwoods are in full bloom ,so I would think about any of the lakes they should be on the banks and in the brush.
