I say fish it. Your Great Grandfather , would be proud you did. You might even get the feeling he is with you. I know I did when I fish my Grandmother fishing gear I inherited years ago. In joy your new adventure.

Works great for crabbing. I use my scraps . Best crab bait I have used. Would think Catfish would love it.

Does anyone live around St Helens Oregon ? Does anyone have any tips for Salmon, Springers and Fall, and or Steelhead info. To help me catch more fish. Off the beach on the Oregon side , Prescott or Dibble beach. Or boat and boat in the lower Multnomah Channel. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the video. I have always wanted to learn how to fly fish. Have played around at it. Was playing with roll casting on a small creek one day and caught a small trout. What a blast. Caught a lot of trout on spinning poles but only one on a fly rod. What a difference. Now I am hooked and with your video I can start to learn. Yes I have to work on more than one of your rules, but it gives me a place to start. With your help I might get to enjoy the art of fly fishing. Maybe get another trout on one. Thank you again. Looking forward to more.

Hello fellow Sportsman. I spend a lot of time on the Columbia and lower Mult Channel around St Helens, Oregon . I started bank fishing for Steelheads and Salmon last year. Anyone have any tips for Bank fishing or trolling the lower channel. Would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi everyone. My name is Ricky from NW Oregon. I live right by The Columbia River. Great fishing and only two hours from the Pacific Ocean. Year round fun. Anyone have any tip that might improve my fishing technique for beach fishing the Columbia for steelhead or Chinook, in the spring or fall. Also maybe some tips on the lower Multnomuh channel for spring chinook in a boat. Thanks
