YES SIR! Thanks so much, many changes in life for me and I just want to go meet and enjoy. Saw1 has come to my house here and we have had a ball fishing the lake that is 2 miles from my house. I am going to try and talk him into using my trailer for micro, setting in the shade etc.

From the top rt. side blue is a Magnum Wiggle Wart, Just below going clock wise is crawdad Model A Bomber, on down clock wise, blue shad deep diving Bagley's with the next also Bagley's hot tiger color possible kill'er B.
At left top jerk bait shallow made Rapala, counter clock wise and down, also jerk bait shallow, next down crank bait manuf. can't tell and last bottom left jerk bait shallow, I can't remember the manuf. but some years past the selling point of one that looked like that was it was wood but not balsa but jeulong (sp) wood.

About 3 hours till beer time out here on the left coast. However I do remember a song and a saying "It's 5 o'clock somewhere.
I have not been a member very long but this idea is so wonderful. I feel very lucky to have found this site! It feels like the old days when Bass tournaments started. Everyone knew about everybody, camping no hotels, a lot had families with them. And because the money was not big you fished for bragging rights till next year. I have missed that "like" military camaraderie.
Thank you again and I do not know what I can do to help from here but I have many years experience guiding, giving seminars and helping people with fresh water fishing. So I would like to offer to, for a lack better words, assist any of our members with fishing questions etc. when we are there.
Then again I just thought maybe I will be the one that will need help. I have never fished any place in Kansas.
I look forward to when the met and greet is set so I can find out how to get a spot for a small trailer hopefully with full hook ups.

Great fish, however I sure hope you did not win the pre-fish and then can't win the tournament.
In the last 40 years I cannot tell you how many times I heard that, mostly with the big fish. I had a complete tackle set up over baits with the hooks cut and made safe. It was a long time ago and tournament fishing I am sure has changed a lot. But you would not believe how long a fish will hold onto a rig if you are bring them up slow and do not use too much pressure. Those fish WILL hit again the next day.
