Yes. We had them on both . Sold the house and land. Moved up here in ga. After wife and I retired. We bought land up here about ten years ago. Been hunting here since 1981 at the same place. We have a hog problem up here. DNR shoots them for you out of choppers on your land. Fl. Ffwc wanted to poison ☠️ them. Not on my land!! That is when I was working for them. Only reason why I stayed my dad was alive. I told the folks when dad passed I was moving to ga.. 4 days after he passed I left floridaricans .Gov. Rick Scott threw me under the bus 🚌! I will NEVER put my foot in that place. He did me wrong but my God will sentence him!! Can’t wait!😊😊😊😊😊

Amen!! But don’t dare touch them. If they threw the first punch they go to jail, if you threw the first punch you go to jail! Believe me, I go to court This Sept. 16, 19’. they started, I finished it but put in jail. It is not worth it. I have 3,500 bucks in it now for lawyers! When I fish for catfish, I get the smelliest rotten onion, can sardines and a can of fish food for catfish. I put it in a old steel crappie basket. Punch holes in the cat food can and sardi can or use the old beer can opener. Put something in it to take it to the bottom and a rope to pull it back in the boat or land. Dog food and cheese works. You can by a bag of frozen spinners or chad at the bait shop and put that in a crappie basket. Works for me
In Florida., if you own the land they r yours, same as in ga., you own the land you own the hogs. You don’t want hogs on your land, just a thought. FYI you can shoot them 24/7. Get all the facts on line. FFWC
I use a three legged camera tripod. Works great on all types of ground. You can get them very cheap at garbage sales! Got 3. Just a thought 💭 I use the plane Jane in the surf.
Yes! I was thinking 🤔 I must be the only guy using ultra light! My dad and I caught our biggest trout on ice white 4lbs. Line. We would fish the points. When I was a kid, I would climb in a tree over the creek in penc and free line on just a long stick and catch trout, that was in the early 60’s! Boy, I sure miss my dad who taught me so much about fishing and hunting and Praying 🙏! Thanks dad!

Yes, I do that in ga.at 3am, and pvc pipe with cement blocks with Christmas trees. Works great until folks see you fishing it. I had 6 honey holes I put in by myself, gps them, kids had fun for a while. Then boats would watch you catching crappies. End of story, I will Never do it again. Boats would come right up to you and fish, so close you could see there buggers hanging out there nose holes. They have no ethics!
I use a no.12 trout hook for years! You put a cataba worm 🐛, just part of it. Should our boys that go to our church that you don’t need a big old hook or a big bunch of bait!! You catch them in there lips 95 out of a 100, the guys at the boat docks can’t believe it! I don’t fish 🎣 like others, I like change and it works for us! The kids can catch as many as 4 catfish on just a part of a cataba worm and the best part we fish in about53’ deep! Another thing for thought, different colors of line makes a BIG difference!!! I use 5 different colors!! Works for me.
