how did you fish the howard franklin bridge in tarpon fl the bridge goes from tampa to st pete what i know you can't fish any where that bridge cross the bay because of all the road work and the new bridge is being built i cross that bridge for 25 years there is no parking any place near that bridge.

if you fish salt water i would use a trolling motor made for it minn koda white . walmart has all the battiers you need look in to a grp 27 deep cycle or if you have the room a grp 31 will last alot longer .remember run them down as far as you can then recharge them up thats is the best way to keep your battiers last longer.

i like useing white or crawdad colors when im worm fishing for large mouth if i flipping i use blue or black paddle tail worms. all ways put a glass raddle in all my worms. spinner bait is white and red or white and yellow . raddle traps
is crome and black or blue. top water is jerk baits to me all colors work in fl. it is all about how and where you throw it and how fast and if you can how slow you go remember you are the jerk on one end waiting for the jerk on the other end.oh i put glass raddles in those 2.

i have had 4 boats but i thing my best boat was a 14 flat bottom john boat with 3 trolling motors 1 in front and 2 in back 30 qt cooler for live well use 3 grp. 31 from walmart to power this caught bunch of large mouth bass fish all over central fl. now if you want speed i had a 21 ft bullet with 150 mer. run easy 60mile but hard to catch bass going
that fast hahaha. i now have a lowes 18ft cat fish with 115 mer. on and 80lb salt water trolling on front beam is almost 6ft wide easy to run sits high in water draws about 4 inchs..

i have not fished the big O in 5 years but if you want a different lake East Lake Toho is the place i would go. Go out of southport boat ramp get to the main part of the lake paddle to the right you will see the locks the weed bed on the right side holds lots of bass.

thats crazy once you hit the 65 in fl. no license needed to fish or hunt. its been 5 years since i had to buy one.

well down hear in fl. we really don't have a off season .but i do have some down time 1st i get the boat ready for next spring like change oil replace the the water pump rubber propell wax the boat check the hour meter may need a tune up.put new line on reels tie some flys ,work on the trailer repack wheel berings some days drink a cold beer and think what can i do make next season better.then drink another cold one ......

for some reason i always get the short end of the deal i ask my freinds do you want to go fishing they always say yes so i fill the boat with gas drinks and food get to the bait shop for salt water fishing seems the have there pockets sue

fishing line hooks rubber worms plastic jerk baits .after i wash the boat and grab a beer every thing gets put in a metal bucket and put on top of the grill turn on heat and sit back and drink a cold one and melt my day away this 2 gallon buck i have for 5 years and it still not half way.
