If you want to fly fish for trout, the Saint George River is open year round. The stretch below the outlet of Sennebec Pond in Union is productive every month of the year.

I just stuck it out there to see how it would perform. I have seen a lot of animal activity in the past, but seldom got pictures. I plan to reposition it to get better coverage. Probably won't see a moose though.

I used a bunch of Cabela's points to purchase a game cam to place on my deck. No critters yet, but I got a nice picture of this morning's snowfall. I think I triggered the camera as I was removing the sd card.

You mentioned videos. I cut the cord last year, but couldn't survive without the Outdoor Channel, so I subscribed to Frndly TV (spelling is correct) for about 8 bucks a month. As a bonus, I discovered that they also included the World Fishing Network, which has all the stuff I like on the Outdoor Channel, plus a lot more.
