Can another old fisherman get in on the location "Evergreen"? The only Evergreen I know about is over in Baytown.
If you don't want to share I don't blame you, just keep them fish coming in. I know your grandson is proud.
Great fishing. Good to hear he's learning to catch and release. Keep up to good work.
Nice cat, gonna make some good eating. Have a blessed day and continue to catch those cats.

Great catch. Whatever you did, just keep it up. Any secrets you'd like to share, such as bait?
Anyone have any fishing reports from Matagorda Beach, fixing to go down there in about 2 weeks.
Never fished this area, looking for some good pointers. Thanks and good fishing to all.
Thank you for your reply. My prayers wil n for God to strength to fish as many time as he want's you to. Just enjoy life.
Thanks, for your reply and suggestion. I agree that time spent trying to catch bait is time wasted away from fishing. My little town of Muldoon is located about 9 Miles northwest of La Grange off Hwy 71. Move here about a year and a half ago and love it. Spent approx 19 years in Ellinger, about 12 miles southeast of La Grange off Hwy 71.
If I may ask, where are you at? Been fishing long? Do you like fresh water or salt water best?
Hi, my name's Robert and I'm from a little town called Muldoon, Finally retired for the second time about 9 months ago. Decided to start fishing again, since I enjoyed it so much before. Plan to head down to Matagorda Beach Park and try some surf fishing. I have plenty of artificial lures but would like to get some fresh bait. Anyone know of a good bait shop or a place to stop and try a cast net? Would certainly appreciate any help. I'm 77 but that's no reason to stop living.
