Jigs and or worms under a bobber so the bait can stay in place longer.
If fishing from the bank and it is possible to cast parallel to the bank it is kinda like trolling.

Go to lowes website and look up floor scrapers with a long handle and also use a heat gun if needed. Good luck with your project.

Smitty, now look what you did. You made me Google it!

I thought I knew what happened but this is what really happened:
"In 476 AD, Romulus, the last of the Roman emperors in the west, was o*******wn by the Germanic leader Odoacer, who became the first Barbarian to rule in Rome"

.....and then the neighborhood went to CHIT!

Sounds right and is being repeated

Guys,
Friends with a guy that installs carpet in boats on a regular basis, he specializes in boat repairs.... Soak the old carpet with acetone in an area to get it started coming up, then continue to add acetone as you work the section up... Use more acetone to clean up residue..... ALWAYS work with good ventilation!!!

Thank you!

Hey, Carl. A couple years back I took all the carpet out of my boat. I too, started using a heat gun and scrapper. It was too slow, messy. The gun would get overheated 🥵 me too. So what I came up with is an oscillating multi-tool. With a half round, fine toothed blade. You get a little bit started and then you pull up on it as you’re cutting the underside of it where the carpet meets the glue. Purdy much just like “skin’n” an animal. I did it in small sections. Makes it easier to handle. Probably altogether it took me about 8 hours to do the whole boat. BTW… mine was on plywood. I don’t think that it would make a difference on aluminum… then I used an orbital sander to get the glue removed. 🐟on
Hey, Carl. A couple years back I took all the carp... (show quote)

Good Morning Oz
I had an Uncle who installed formica counter tops using contact cement. If he made a mistake he had a spray bottle with acetone in it. He would lift a corner and spray the acetone which would desolve the contact cement. This method would not damage the material, which could be reused, and made for a somewhat easy cleanup. Maybe others on the board can chime in if they think this would damage anything.
Thanks
Have a Great Day and
Good Luck

Thank you
