Nice boat, it should be good and steady with room to move around. Stripers are biting here in the east, hopefully at the Havasu Derby too, good luck.

Thanks ya we have a spot or two on the east side hopefully they are there.
Fish it for ten years always fun derby won the blind bogey most years helps pay for the trip😁

I would love to hear stories about this pier. I haven't fished there in 60 years. My fondest memory of fishing there is catching Bonita on feathers. Loved the action. Wish not a frequent occurrence but exciting.

Use to fish the barge there in the early 70’s was great fishing. Then would fish the harbor in a 12ft. Boat they had a hand launch area would catch Bonita and small yellow tails called them fire crackers was the good old days.

Please look at this screen. Is this a line of debris, fish, or weeds? I never see the fish icon?

Are you anchored?

Just finished having the wood and carpet replaced in my Tracker TV18. Jacob who did the work really did an outstanding job. Now all that’s left to do is take the boat down to Chewalla Marine in Eufaula Marine to have my new Ultrex 80lb thrust TM with iPilot installed along with my two 9” Humminbird graphs one for the console which is an MSI+ and a 10” Humminbird MDI+ which I’ll use for my Mega Live. These upgrades should last me until I just can’t crawl in and out of my boat anymore.

You will love the spot lock on the trolling motor best thing since sliced bread 😛

I just took delivery of my new boat. Unfortunately it will be next week before I get to hit the water. Must say I’m anxious

👍 Nice you will have a blast this spring.
But I have to ask are those small balls on the wall all you saved every time you made a hole in one. ⛳️

Question of the day,
What is best way to rig up anchovies for Strippers at Bill Williams inlet area?
Would appreciate the help as I am new to stripper fishing
Thanks a Bunch!

Carolina rig try different lengths for leader . With chovies I only use the center piece with guts in them. If big chovies you can get two pieces cut heads and tails off and use for chum chum is your friend fishing Havasu.
